True Thorの利用規約の日本語訳１

True Thorの公式サイトは明らかになった一方、商材サイトは一向に明るみにはなりません。
現役の会員でさえもアクセス不可能な状態です。何故なら、アクセスしようにもその会員サイトの中身に空白がある為です。前の記事にも述べました。
それだけ先手を打った情報漏洩や糾弾等を恐れている印でしょう。
ですが会員限定で見られる利用規約は、既にTwitter上で公開処刑されています。
今回はその対訳を記事にしたいと思います。情報提供者は詐欺撲滅団体WB様です。ただし元ネタのツイートまでは、掲載者の意向で当ページには載せられません。ご自身でご確認をお願い致します。
過去に私はDivineの利用規約を対訳しています。以下の記事です。
私の場合は、この記事に倣って時折ツッコミを入れます。
会員利用規約
Membership Terms of Use (hereinafter refferred to as the “Terms of Use" ) regulates the relationship between TT (hereinafter referred to as the “Company") and its members in relation to the services provided by the Company.
会員利用規約（以下「利用規約」という）は、TT（以下「会社」という。）と会員との関係を会社が提供するサービスに関して規定する。
Article.1 Definitions 【第１条】 （利用規約の）定義
- “Members" in the Terms of Use is defined as a person who has agreed to the Term of Use and has completed th e registration process set by the Company.
「会員」とは、利用規約に同意し、当社が定める登録手続きを完了した者をいう（と定義する）。
2."Member information" in the Terms of Use means any information disclosed by members to the Company, such as the member’s information and transaction history.
利用規約の「会員情報」とは、会員が当社に開示した情報、会員の取引履歴等の情報をいう。
3."Member information" refers to information disclosed by a member to the Company, the member’s transaction history, etc.
「会員情報」は、会員が当社に開示した情報、会員の取引履歴等をいう。
4. The Terms of Use applies to all customers who wish to become members and to all members who have completed the registration procedures.
利用規約は、会員になろうとする全てのお客様と登録手続きを完了した全ての会員に適用されます。
Article 2. Registration 第２条 登録
1.Membership Requirements「会員登録要件」
(1)Those who have completed the prescribed registration process are eligible for members.
所定の登録手続きを完了した者が会員の資格を有する。
(2)Registration must be carried out by the person who will become a member. Please note that customer registered by proxy may not use the services.
会員になる者が登録を行わなければならない。代理登録されたお客様は、本サービスを利用することはできません。
この部分は、Divineの複数名義での登録時に問題となっていました。何故なら、規約違反になりかねない為です。私も過去に述べました。
ですがTrue Thorになってからは、その点を指摘されない様にM-accountとF-accountという制度を設けています。その詳細は、以下の記事で。大雑把に言えば、会員本人だけでも家族名義でのアカウント（F-account）の取得が可能となっています。
(3)The Company reserves the right to refuse the registration to any person who the Company deems unsuitable.
当社は、当社が不適当と認める者に対して登録を拒否する権利を留保します。
潜入と情報収集を目的とした場合、登録を拒否しますと言いたいのでしょう。
(4)Once you have become a paid member, you will be asked to renew your membership on a regular basis. There is no fee to renew your membership, however you may be asked to update the proof of your ID.
有料会員になった後は、定期的に会員の更新を求められます。会員の更新には手数料はかかりませんが、身分証明書の更新を求められる場合があります。
これは会員が結婚や引っ越しをした際に、身分証の確認が求められる事を仄めかしていますね。
2.Membership of password「パスワードの管理」
(1)Password must be used only by the member and must not be transferred or loaned to any third parties.
パスワードは会員のみが使用し、第三者に譲渡・貸与してはならない。
(2)Members take responsibility to manage their password by changing it regularly so that it cannot be revealed to anyone else.
会員は定期的にパスワードを変更し、他人に公開できないように管理する責任を負う。
(3)Any statement of intent made to us using a member’s password is considered as a statement of intent by said member and the member shall be responsible for all payments caused by the statement.
会員のパスワードを使用して当社に行った意思表示は、陳述書とみなされる。当該会員及び会員の意思表示によるすべての支払について責任を負う。
3.Membership「会員権」
Please read to the Terms of Use carefully before proceeding with the registration process.
The registration process is completed when all the following steps have been taken.
会員登録手続きを進める前に、利用規約をよくお読みください。
以下のすべての手順が完了すると、登録手続きが完了します。
(1) Customers submits an application.
お客様は申請書を提出します。
(2)The Company sends the customer a provisional application email confirming the application.
当社はお客様に仮の申請メールを送信します。
(3)The customer confirms the contents of the Membership Terms of Use again by URL in the email.
お客様は、EメールのURLで会員規約の内容を再度確認します。
(4)The customer makes the definitive registration.
お客様が確定するものとします。
(5)Account registration for the customer is complete.
お客様のアカウント登録が完了しました。
(6)The customer makes the payment of the prescribed system service fee.
お客様が所定のシステムサービス料金を支払います。
(7)The Company approves the customer’s membership.
当社はお客様の会員登録を承認します。
